Items unworn, unwashed and free of odor and pet hair, with tags attached are eligible to exchange/return within 30 days of receipt for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Items what have been discounted 20% or more are FINAL SALE and non returnable, non exchangeable.
Should you receive a defective item please contact us immediately and we will do our best to replace the item or issue a store credit.
You are responsible for return postage. Include a slip of paper with your name, email, order number, phone number and reason/instructions for return/exchange.

Shipping is a flat $6 and all orders over $60 ship for FREE nationwide. Your package will ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the weight and size of the package.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking email when your package has shipped. Please check your Spam folder in your e-mail if you do not see your tracking e-mail in your Inbox. Packages typically ship out 2-3 business days after you place your order. Packages do not ship on the weekends.

If an item is not expected to ship within the typical 2-3 business days (ex. preorders, custom orders, etc.), it will be detailed in the item description. If you need an item to ship out faster than the typical 2-3 business days (ex. you purchased a gift), please contact us.
