The Fresh Please Cleansing Sponge features two adorable heart shape sponges that are perfect for exfoliating, cleansing and removing impurities from the skin. The heart shape helps access those delicate areas around the nose and under the eyes. Free of latex, parabens, sulfates and phthalate. Reusable up to 30 washes if used daily.

Items unworn, unwashed and free of odor and pet hair, with tags attached are eligible to exchange/return within 30 days of receipt for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Items what have been discounted 20% or more are FINAL SALE and non returnable, non exchangeable.

Should you receive a defective item please contact us immediately and we will do our best to replace the item or issue a store credit.

You are responsible for return postage. Include a slip of paper with your name, email, order number, phone number and reason/instructions for return/exchange.

Shipping is a flat $6 and all orders over $60 ship for FREE nationwide. Your package will ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the weight and size of the package.

 

Tracking

You will receive a tracking email when your package has shipped. Please check your Spam folder in your e-mail if you do not see your tracking e-mail in your Inbox. Packages typically ship out 2-3 business days after you place your order. Packages do not ship on the weekends.

If an item is not expected to ship within the typical 2-3 business days (ex. preorders, custom orders, etc.), it will be detailed in the item description. If you need an item to ship out faster than the typical 2-3 business days (ex. you purchased a gift), please contact us.
